(1) If you are registered already, then just skip to step 5 below.
 
Otherwise...
 
(2) Click button: REGISTER

(3) Follow the directions.

(4) If you do everything right, the system will send you an email within minutes after registering. Click on the link provided in that email and voila your account will be enabled. PLEASE be careful to enter an email address that for sure works. This is the mistake most people make when they phone me. They didn't give the system their correct email address (either by accident or they thought it wouldn't matter). See, the system sends you a welcome email you MUST answer.
 
(5) You should be at http://bodychoir.LiveSiteOnline.com/ Look on left side of screen. Do you see "Welcome Guest" or "Welcome ________"? If you see "Guest", that means you need to click LOGIN. Otherwise, you are already logged in because it recognizes you (maybe you chose "auto log me in" earlier, which is good, let the system remember your password for you).

(6) Click PROFILE

(7) Look for a link that says "advanced email settings". It is on this page. Click it.

(8) Now you will be on the page where you can pick and choose which "Public boards" (The Body Choir Experience; Announcements, Events, and Services; Technical Issues; etc.) you will receive emails from. Do not fear clicking on the wrong place here. Experiment. Play with it.

(9) You are done. Explore the "Public boards" to see messages people have posted.
 
IMPORTANT: Once you start getting these emails, PLEASE never reply to them. The emails will say something like, "There is a message in a forum you subscribed to.... click this link to see it...." Please follow the instructions on these emails and click the link. Many people are ignoring the instructions and hitting REPLY and sending email and that email goes to me, not the Public board. Cool?
